With the acquisition of Kirtas Technology, Ristech increases its market share and doubles its resources Victor, NY.

today the acquisition of Kirtas Technologies, based in Victor, NY,
including its manufacturing facility. The new corporation named Kirtas
Inc. will continue production of the award-winning KABIS™
Robotic Book Scanner line. "Plans are to continue manufacturing
in Victor, New York" says Robb Richardson, CEO of Ristech Company and
Kirstas Inc.
The KABIS™ system is on an upward trajectory and the company has recently shipped several large book scanning solutions in North America and Internationally. "Shipments are in a slight backlog position with future prospects looking extremely promising" says Richardson.
The company plans to increase its qualified workforce and to hire new light assembly technicians, software development programmers, and to add to its salesforce.
